When you trust inanimate objects

He may be a great conversationalist, but reliable, Doctor Medkit is NOT. There's a lesson here kids. Never put your trust in a pile of inanimate object dressed up to look like a person. Yeah, your welcome.

I drew Masterson in this suit way before starting the trip and knew I wanted to fit this into the story. Mission accomplished.

Frozen Dinner in SPAAAAACE!

I got a chuckle out of this one as I wrote it. It's amazing how your priorities can get a bit muddied when lost in space. Filling your belly, alien contact, filling your belly, alien contact...it's all good. It's a win-win.

As a side note, I saw Transformers 2 this evening. I found myself a bit bored at times. It wasn't a bad movie, but I would have liked to have felt a little bit more fulfilled in the end. Oh well, Micheal Bay isn't a story teller, he blows things up better then anyone else and films it better then anyone else. That's what I got from this movie. Nothing more. Nothing less. Hopefully in T3 we'll get a little Dinobot action.

Till Monday!

Episode 9 - The Ice Alien Cometh!

Who's this one eyed frozen alien? And, who's the beacon for? So many questions! OK, really just two, but I'm glad I'll be moving THE STORY along within the next few strips.

I hope I was able to give the impression that this ship/vessel/pod appears out of nowhere.

Worked on the overall story arc of Conduit Flux the past few days. It's coming together quiet nicely, which opened up some other story lines I had not thought of.

ORIGIN

I have been drawing this alien/creature for about a year or two. It's nice to finally have a place for him in a story. He was originally going to be a imaginary friend for a grown up, which was another comic strip idea I had before settling on Conduit Flux.

Till Thursday...here is a sneak peek.
